THE STORY

A 2005 chat community, rebuilt for 2026.

LXBG is a revival of the independent IRC community era: persistent nicknames, real channels and direct conversations — rebuilt around modern web access instead of replacing IRC. The current stack includes our own IRC daemon, a browser client, account bridge, channel permissions, bots and optional webcam rooms.
