Origin
A revival inspired by an independent Luxembourg chat community originally operated around 2005, rebuilt for modern browsers in 2026.
For IRC people
Own IRC daemon, TLS, classic client compatibility, browser WebSocket access, channel roles and web-linked identity.
For communities
Users can create a lightweight hosted network with its own address, users, rooms, webcams and admin area.
What it is not
No algorithmic social feed. LXBG is built around rooms, presence and direct conversation.
Use a different story for each community.
